Which Courier will delivery your order?
Here at Renova Australia we try our best to keep shipping costs to a minimum and to achieve this we use Australia Post as our delivery courier.
What delivery options are available?
a) Authority to Leave
b) Express Post
Authority to Leave delivery option – Australia Post can leave the parcel in a safe place where possible at the delivery address . If a safe place is unavailable, the parcel will be directed to the nearest Post Office.
Please note, if you choose the ‘Authority To Leave’ option there will be NO proof of delivery. Thus, no refund/replacement of missing or lost item is available.
Standard Delivery – If you are not available when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will leave your order in a safe place if possible.
Locations deemed safe are:
- Left as per instructions.
- At the front door without blocking or obstructing its opening, if under cover and more than 5 metres from the street or footpath.
- Down the side of the house, if under cover.
- Within a business during business hours.
- With a concierge.
- In a letterbox.
- In a safe place that can’t be accessed by animals and is protected from the weather.
If Australia Post is unable to leave your parcel in a safe place, it will be delivered to the nearest Post Office. You’ll be notified where to collect your parcel from.
Tracking numbers are only valid for a maximum of 1 month from date of dispatch. We cannot track any parcels after a 2 month period has elapsed.
How will an incorrect shipping address affect my order?
- If you give us an incorrect postal address there will be a new charge to resend the item provided it has been returned to us.
- If you have given us an ATL (authority to leave) AND you have given us an incorrect address, NO REFUND will be available if the parcel is not received.

ACT METRO areas approximately 4 business days
QLD METRO areas between 3 and 4 working days (approximately)
NSW METRO areas between 3 and 5 working days (approiximately)
SA METRO areas approximately 4 – 10 working days
TASMANIA metro 12+ working days (approximately)
VICTORIA METRO areas approximately 3 – 5 working days
WA METRO areas approximately 5 – 10 working days
OUTSIDE METRO AREAS estimated 4 – 20+ working days
